Observation details

1 female observed during a Christmas Bird Count effort. Small warbler with a bright yellow throat, distinct wing bars, broken eyering, clean white flanks and vent, olive-yellow wash over head and back. Vocalization heard was a single chit. Observed by several individuals. Easily seen with the unaided eye and good looks through binoculars and spotting scope as it foraged among small fruiting trees. Location is obscured because it is on private property without public access. Report submitted to Washington Ornithological Society.
