Observation details
Incredible find by Randall Shirk this morning. I found out about it when I was in Philly from my coworker so it was a very stressful day until I got home and got it. The only public parking is at Poppy’s coffee and they have a small lot so I highly advise buying a coffee to support them. Mostly a scope view across 522. Do Not under any circumstances park in any of the private lanes for better access. Lifer and county bird 240
