Observation details

Seen perched at the top of a tall tree. It did not fly away when multiple large flocks of birds flew past, and it did not try to catch a squirrel spotted on a lower of the same tree. Looked around for a few minutes before flying away. Dark brown backside. Back of the tail has banded dark brown colors with white at the tip. Head is dark brown with some tan around the cheeks. Belly is white with some brown streaks. Underside of tail is white with brown banding. Underside of wings are white with brown bands. Tan around chest and shoulder. Likely the same individual seen over the past few weeks.
