Recurring intersex female seen at same location in previous 2 winters (since March 2023), seen last week (12/01) at Ambleside Park - pale eye with black bill and black plumage overall - resembles 2nd basic male except bill is female-like and black with faint orange tip. Some other dark adult females approaching this appearance but with dark eyes and some white spots on head.
