Observation details

Continuing! Beautiful white owl with light black scaling. Perched on the North Jetty at approximately (44.6141297, -124.0755166) before being mobbed by a pair of ravens and chased further down the jetty. Flew across to the end of the South Jetty at 09:30 and stayed there until we left at 11:15. Oregon #353 and the last North American owl I hadn't yet photographed!
