Observation details

Found by Hal Sadofsky earlier mixed in with Cackler’s. Juvie type. May be some debate on hybrid (we’ll see what professionals say) but overall looks to have pretty standard characteristics of a Ross’s, based on small size and stubby bill, so leaning towards that for now.
