Observation details

Seen very far out to the south from platform, in trees at sw corner of the open prairie area. It caught my eye as a bright white spot perched in a tree. Distant photos show white outer tail feathers on black tail. In scope view could make out black wings contrasting with pale front and back. I'm sharing these photos but know they are very hard to make out the details. It was a far distance and clouds/rain made the lighting quite dim.
