Observation details

Flushed at about 20 yards in appropriate short grass habitat. Flew around for a bit then settled back down in grass. About 15 minutes after sunset I found presumably the same bird sitting way out in a fallow field. After about 10 minutes it got up and began hunting over east field. Long range viewing. I will attach a poor digi-bin of the bird I flushed. If anyone is planning on going after this bird, it was using the eastern side of the refuge, and well to the north of the road. You should see two large trees out in the field, the bird was only hunting north of there.
