Observation details
Smallish brown owl with white spots and white face. Diurnal, ran across ground, possibly flew into pipes east of Howard Hughes and Wichita. Was able to get photos at 4:30. Sheltering in a storm drain like the clown from IT. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/330868184
