Observation details
small yellow bird shaped like Indigo Bunting- bright yellow underside- pale eyering- yellow rump - tail like Dickcissel- dark yellow-green wings faint lined back- yellow eyeline little gray patch on side of head - yellow plain throat and some have streaks below- white shows on wing when flying- brown upper breast with yellow lower on some- white edges to wing feathers - head marks pale yellow- call chirps like bullfinch - little dark under tail. Published this observation in Auk Vol 88:180-181 January 1971 New bird records from Guadeloupe and its dependencies by Robert W Guth.
