Observation details
The owl seemed very relaxed on its roost. Just after I arrived, it roused, stretched, and pooped. Then it tucked its bill under its wing and closed its eyes; it remained in snooze position for the next 20+ minutes until I had to depart. I was impressed that it didn’t even stir when large groups of noisy dog walkers passed by.
