Observation details

Continuing bird discovered by Cassidy White - spotted this morning by Robert German along the western side of the Library Building. We were able to observe the bird for several minutes before it flew off to where it has been previously reported, near the northeast corner of the Theatre, Television and Film building. Male - dark blue above, white below, with a black face, and white wing patches.
