Observation details

A rare visitor to the East. Appears to be a white-morph juvenile ROGO with dirty white upper plumage and dark primary wing feathers. It is smaller in size than the Snow Geese along side it. It has a shorter neck, shorter bill, and a much smaller "grinning patch". Will attach photos later.
