Observation details
The Snow Geese were smaller in size compared to the more numerous Canada Geese. One was a juvenile white-morph while the other was an adult dark-morph, previously called a Blue-morph. The Dark-morph had the white head and mostly dark body. They are distinguished from the Ross' Goose by a longer neck, smaller bill, and a larger "grinning patch" on the bill.
