Observation details
Seen landing in snow covered rocks along shoreline. Flew off across the water towards manhattan after a few minutes. Light brown body with white belly, black mask around eyes, distinct yellow throat and black chest band below. Poor digiscoped photos for ID purposes tba in a few minutes.
