continuing Bella Maiwurm find from yesterday evening; felt like an immature male; dark, bulky sea duck with extensive white gloabular lores partially extending towards bill tip; white ear patch that was roughly comma-shaped, sweeping backward/downwards toward nape; white sliver seen on flanks; at some instances the white on the flanks was not visible, especially when the bird was at rest; distant photos
