Observation details

Light morph Harlan’s. Dusky white tail, uniform dark above. Mostly clean snowy white below with slight belly band and obvious patagials. Represents less than 1% of population of all Red-tailed Hawks and only 8-12% of Harlan's hawks. Excellent bird.
