Observation details

A brown bean goose with a narrow bright orange band on a black bill. Chomping up acorns on the golf course. The goose showed a break in angle from the bill to the forehead rather than a continuously flowing line between the sloping bill up into the head. Brown upper body feathers with broad light tan edging creating a scalloped look to the upperside. The thickish neck had beautiful dark streaking that gave the illusion of texture. White V shape on rump, sharper than in Cang. White terminal band on tail.
