Observation details

First estimate towards the beginning of the list : 35x50’s pa side mostly in Philly + 2500 by 100’s Nj side mud spit = 4250 with hundreds more flying in. Second estimate at dusk : at least 5500 roosting on the river and several hundred perhaps a thousand had left . at least 6k at the very minimum. Never had been here at dusk before but makes sense there’s a sizeable nocturnal roost here. I have photos of a fraction of the birds present.
