Observation details

Visited the feeder twice—large hummingbird with a red bill, black-tipped, rusty rufous tail. The head showed blue colors from the side, but green with a buff belly in flight over the feeder. Bill is slightly deformed and apparently bird is banded but I was unable to get a clear photo.
