Observation details
Very rare in bucks during December, but known to overwinter in SE PA. Heard calling around the phrags around here (40.23165° N, 75.16305° W,) then "chased" it around the back cove, which was thankfully mostly frozen, for about ~45 minutes trying to get a decent look at the bird or a photo. Calling every few minutes to tease me. White supercillum and distinctive calls help to seperate from SEWR, or other subspecies of MAWR. Poor documentation pics/audio.
