Observation details

I'm so happy for Max Epstein to have found such a special 400th NYS life bird! Happy also that Sean Sime had spotted it shortly before we arrived, right along the entrance road to the Lighthouse since we were arriving with no solid reports up to that point. Sort of nondescript sparrow, but it had an interesting scaly look to the crown.
