Observation details
*Uncommon, especially inland - 1st winter bird, seen well and studied amongst several WEGU. Primaries uniform in coloration to mantle, light, frosty gray. Bill mostly black, almost entirely lacking pink at the base of the bill. Same size as WEGU nearby, appeared bulkier than Thayer’s ICGU, with elongated head, less “spritely” look to the head and face as well. Bad phone pic to follow lol
