Observation details
Super close views after a male displayed close to us. Then sat next to our group to watch it closely. Curiously a snake crawled close to were the nightjar was sitting and the bird responded with a wing display briefly. Then the nightjar did little steps until move away from the trail. Very interesting to watch. Video taken
