Found and reported by Jon Ruddy. Great timing for the start of the OFO Gull Weekend Explore Niagara outing. Chunky shorebird feeding on the rocks. Dark charcoal purple back and white underneath. Longish slightly droopy bill, orange near base and darker tip. Orange legs and feet. Great views for all! Photos taken.
