Observation details
Female reported this morning by Jason Ketcham and seen this afternoon off the point near the sheriff's building - about here 33°43'40.5"N 118°04'42.1"W. She was near but not with the SUSC most of the time in the channel between the point and the PCH bridge. Someone with a pedal boat went by and flushed the flock into the marina area where we lost it. Dark uppers; pale cheek and neck; rounded forehead.
