Observation details
Continuing bird. When I arrived, it was reported out on the taxiway, but a small plane started up and the flock flew off. It was also not with he HOLA flock on the grassy area by the parking lot. Later, the first flock flew back to the taxiway, but much farther off. Then, a Merlin came through and both flocks disappeared for a long time. Much later, this bird was flushed from grassy area left of parking lot by Josh who followed and refound it to right of terminal in thin grassy strip between taxiway and snow. It stayed in that strip moving very slowly for well over an hour before I left. It was well camouflaged and difficult to see, but we had a few good looks and some of the photos look good.
