Observation details

Saw large bird with very long and very flat wings glide over reservoir in NE direction without a wing beat. Surely a bald eagle but I wish I could have seen head or tail. Later I found a large bird perched in towers across street where vultures often perch. Front view showed dark brown black of vulture, or eagle. And again both head and tail were not very visible. But there were yellow feet. Eventually I walked to another corner of reservoir quite a bit further away but giving a clear view of Bald Eagle, which immediately flew away.
