Observation details

*Very late. Overall plain brownish finch-like bird, smaller than HOFI; blurry breast streaks, weak wing bars, plain back, hints of blue in the tail. Fed on the ground with sparrows, then flew to treetops with HOFIs and eventually flew off to the NE.
