Observation details
wow. detected by tiny cardinal like chip call. gray head yellow green body, tiny thin beak and broken eye rings long awaited Bronx bird and just where I supposed one might turn up in my area: in the little marshy cutout near the gym equipment hugely satisfying after several unsuccessful attempts to get one in the east Bronx. alyssa said it would be all the more satisfying to find one by home and she was right photos and audio lost after about ten minutes due to a hawk and kestrel fighting. hope he continues tomorrow Bronx county bird #200 :) in the big leagues now
