Observation details
On the water with three Razorbill, just south of 40.4177567, -73.5442772. Watched them on the surface in between dives over the course of just over twenty minutes! Actively diving among a small group of Razorbills. Slightly larger and bulkier than the nearby Razorbills, with a deeper chest, thicker neck, and thinner, straight-edged bill. Showed darker, more uniform upperparts and clean white underparts. Frequently dove with a strong forward plunge, staying down longer than the Razorbills. Many photos.
