Observation details

Good looks at a male flying around the trees at start of nature trail/bridge area. Seen very well - red wings and tail, brown crown/nape, gray face, with red malar. No hint of red nape, and no hint of black in red malar so looks good for pure bird. Usually have one around every winter. First one for this winter though.
