Observation details

!!! Forth county record as far as we can tell, adult female! LH initially heard a Phalarope pic call note but was unable to locate the bird, a few minutes later it called again and JM heard it as well and then spotted it in flight distantly and tried to snap some photos. We lost it and a few minutes later it circled around again, attempting to land on the water with some Geese before rethinking that choice and circling back again and flying off towards 106 not to be seen again. Bright red underparts, white face patch, white underwings, slate gray upperwings with white wing stripe. Distinctive pic flight calls. Poor but identifiable photos tba.
