Observation details

Fantastic find by Kevin Dixon (EBRPD naturalist) and reported by Doug Henderson. Nice county bird of a typically arctic region loon. Swimming and diving just off the point and along the riprap. Seen with MOB. Nonbreeding/immature plumage, scalloped back, pale face, large and slightly uptilted yellow bill.
