Observation details

Two birds smaller than Herring larger than Ring-billed with dark gray mantle , black primaries. One has yellow legs and yellow bill with red spot like an adult. The other has a bill with proximal 2/3 black, no red seen, like 3rd year. Different than what Vern Wilkins reported.
