Observation details

Rare* Dark sea duck with light cheek patch alongside Surf scoters for comparison. Dark cap and white cheek resembling a female Ruddy duck but without the stiff tail and larger, in front followed by five Surf scoters in the photo. Found by Kyle Klotz. Continuing, photos.
