*Rare*. Patience paid off. Rewarded with great views of the bird street-side after a couple of us saw the bird peel off from a large group of ring-billed gulls in flight and land by the tanks. Unfortunately, we were on the tracks at the time so it did require a light jog to get us back to the street. Smaller gull with red legs and dark red bill with black tip.
