Observation details

Continuing find by Jon Skinner. Mostly distant on airport apron toward SE, and staying close to grassy stalks (moreso than HOLAs) making good views and photos difficult. Distinctive white-dark tail pattern (white broad toward base, attenuating toward tip) seen twice when bird flitted up off tarmac over by third hangar building. Obviously smaller than HOLAs, with splotchy blackish lower breast, faint eyering in plain face, white spot at shoulder from often exposed lesser coverts.
