Observation details
**very rare. Flying high eastward with the duck flock at 11:31. Seems to be a winter adult male. Pointed tail with long tip visible in all four photos. White belly and dark breast. Shortish bill and neck visible in photo #1 ( in comparison to the ducks around it). If confirmed, this will be my second sighting of this species, and Spotsylvania's fifth-sixth record. Photos.
