Observation details

Despite checking the downstream end of Ellis Bay carefully I didn’t see the bird until I started to move out but stopped abruptly: Becky L got me on it. She reported the loon had been moving around and just returned. Near the dam rip rap not far from where it was yesterday. Diagnostic photos attached.
