Observation details
Extraordinarily surprising flock with 3 Ross's geese. Spotted by Randy W. It was originally observed as a group of snow geese that had been sighted in this area for several times in some past days. And the flocks were somehow in similar numbers and mixed with a few Ross’s. I was also assuming they were all geese and didn't check the photos until later. There in the photos the black beaks and long necks of Tundras are obviously visible, and the bodies are substantially larger to compare with that of Ross's geese.
