Observation details

Immature. Originally thought this was a Glaucous Gull because the bill looked big and overall size looked larger. Eric Hamburg later got better photos of the bird on the ground and these showed the bill was too small and not pink enough. Also, the wing tips extended past the end of the tail, indicating Iceland.
