Observation details

Continuing bird found on Saturday by Max Epstein. Second State record, the first occurring at the west end of Field 6, Jones Beach SP, from October 7-11, 2000 by Tom Burke et al. Large, relatively plain sparrow, with thin white eye ring, and faint flank streaking. Photos to follow.
