Observation details

Large bulbuls, they are quite unmistakable in their appearance. They had dull grey brown olive backs and wings, greyish white throat, belly and vents, long beak tipped yellow. They tended to skulk. Their numbers were less near habitation as the ecological space they occupy is taken over by their introduced cousins the Red whiskered Bulbuls. We found more numbers in forested areas. We saw them quite often.
