Observation details

Non-breeding adult. Slightly larger than numerous Common Terns in the vicinity, with stiffer, more languid wingbeats (reminiscent of Caspian Tern). Mostly white head with black patch on ear coverts and short, thick, black bill. Has been seen in the area for many weeks now
