Observation details

Yellow orioles with yellow-olive backs, black heads and black wings with white. Unusually excellent extended views of an otherwise secretive bird. As mentioned previously, audubonii is our resident subspecies. Dickeyae is brighter yellow and has entirely black wings, endemic to western Mexico.
