Observation details

Will upload some photos. Mottled dark brown Red-tailed Hawk. Whitish on the underside secondaries and primaries with dark brown bars. After looking at my pictures on a computer it looks like a Harlan's. Dark brown mottled Red-tailed Hawk but there is no dark outline on the edge of the secondaries, primaries or tail feathers. Where a calurus/alascensis is solid brown on the body and underside of the wings this birds is brown/white mottled.
