Observation details

Noticed swallow activity picked up considerably near the tanks so switched attention from overhead to tank area. Found the gull with a few others after a bit. Viewed from the road catching bugs in the tanks then flying up to the cement. Hanging with a few other gulls for size comparison, black smudge at neck prominent.
