Observation details

Three medium sized owls at a distance perched in the grass. One flew off, two others remained. Each bird was approximately 5-10 feet apart on the ground. It was getting dark but I have very poor photos of them. Noting feather patterns, and “flat face” when their heads turned as I peered through binoculars. Species reported here before.
