Observation details

continuing from yesterday - originally found by Benjamin Davidson. small goose with short neck, small bill, slightly frostier color to the back, white line at base of neck. vocalizing frequently , routinely harassed by larger birds. found initially on the water, then it flew behind the fence when two peregrines flushed the whole flock to the golf course. eventually flushed back to the fountain where I left it. spent most of my time here with this bird : )
